Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and request for refunds must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation a refund is given as follows: More than 14 days cancellation notice, full refund is given; 7-14 days cancellation notice, $100 refund - $50 administration fee charged; Less than 7 days’ notice, no refund - able to reschedule Online Coaching Date and Time. Every effort is made to ensure Coaching Calls are run as per scheduled dates and times, Conscious Synergie reserves the right to cancel any Coaching Call due to unforseen events. In the event of a coaching call being cancelled by Conscious Synergie, Coaching Call fee will be refunded in full or transferred to a future coaching Call date and time that is agreed on with the client.

A reminder that full payment is due prior to the Coaching Call commencing.
